Louis J. Attard

Louis J. Attard founded Arc International Surveyors in 1995 after working for a number of years with a leading architectural practice in various capacities including the responsibility for project management.

After obtaining his college education, he qualified in Draughtsmanship and architectural assistance going through the learning process of design, project management and surveying, quantity surveying with Architectural Projects – a forward looking practice which has been responsible for sizeable and outstanding projects.

In his early years, Louis was employed with Polymetrics International Corporation, a cutting edge US Californian based organisation specialising in Reverse Osmosis technology applications with particular responsibility for intricate piping draughtsmanship.

Today, he manages Arc on a daily basis and is intricately involved in all survey assignments.
